Teen Advisory Council (TAC) includes interested teens who want to help plan, promote and host events for youth.

This is the monthly meeting of the Teen Advisory Council. The purpose of the TAC is for local teens to assist in the planning of programs for youth within the libraries. For more information, please call (270) 338-4760.

About the branch

Harbin Memorial Library is our main facility and serves as the business office. The building includes a circulating collection of books, movies and more; public computer access and Wi-Fi; a large meeting room; a smaller conference room; and hosts multiple public events and activities throughout the year. A book drop is located at both front and back of the building, allowing 24/7 access to return borrowed materials.
As part of a single library system, materials can also be transferred freely between the main and branch libraries for patrons’ convenience.
