A special at-home activity for families to create a book character using a 2 liter soda bottle.

This is an at-home family craft project contest.  Families will use a 2 liter soda bottle to create their favorite book character.  The project can be dropped off at the Harbin Memorial Library in Greenville or the Central City Public Library. Entries will be accepted from April 2nd through April 15th. There will be a free goodie bag for the first 12 participants to drop off their project. Projects will be voted on by the public. There will be a Grand Prize for the project with the most votes.  Your entry can receive votes as soon as it's turned in with a completed entry form. Winners will be announced on April 16th.
