Storytime is a free program offered weekly for children under 5 years old.
Storytime is an hour of songs, stories, and activities! This program is recommended for children ages 18 months through 5 years.
We suggest that our littlest patrons (18 months through 2 years old) attend the morning Storytime session.
This is our last Storytime of the school year! We'll be taking a break for the month of May so that staff can prepare for the upcoming Summer Reading Program. Join us at Powderly City Park (401 Hillcrest St, Powderly, KY 42367) to read some fun books and enjoy the outdoors.
In the event of inclement weather, this activity will be moved to Harbin Memorial Library.

Harbin Memorial Library is our main facility and serves as the business office. The building includes a circulating collection of books, movies and more; public computer access and Wi-Fi; a large meeting room; a smaller conference room; and hosts multiple public events and activities throughout the year. A book drop is located at both front and back of the building, allowing 24/7 access to return borrowed materials.
As part of a single library system, materials can also be transferred freely between the main and branch libraries for patrons’ convenience.
