Join us for a crochet club featuring a new stitch or technique each month!
Join us for Crochet Club!
We meet monthly to spend time together with fellow stitchers and learn a new stitch or technique for creating a 12" block. At the end of the year, we'll have enough blocks to make a small throw or baby afghan!
We will host 4 sessions each month to accommodate as many people as possible.
Beginners and experienced stitchers alike are welcome. We can provide assistance and resources for those who are not already experienced at stitching. This program is geared toward adults, but mature kids and teens (age 9+) may also attend.
Registration is appreciated! Please add any additional stitchers attending with you as guests during sign-up. Walk-ins will be accepted if space allows, but we will limit attendance at each session so our staff can provide everyone with appropriate attendance and instruction. You can sign up on this page or call us.
Don't forget to bring your supplies so you can work on this month's new stitch! We will have limited supplies for those who do not bring their own. If you prefer to provide your own materials, you'll need a size I/9 (5.5 mm) crochet hook and a smooth, non-fuzzy medium weight acrylic yarn, preferably in a light, solid color so you can clearly see your stitches.
Call us at 270-338-4760 ext. 3 if you have any questions!

Thistle Cottage is a historic home located in downtown Greenville. The building includes a museum dedicated to local history on its upper level, as well as a gallery that features rotating exhibits throughout the year. The lower level houses our history and genealogy archives and research collection, including public records and vital statistics; past issues of local newspapers; files of information on community events, organizations and families; and much more. The facility also offers access to online resources with a dedicated public access computer and Wi-Fi.
A portion of the museum level is also available to rent for smaller events.
