Join us for an exciting class on the art of stage combat!

Participants (youth entering grades 4-12) learn how to safely perform a staged fight using hand-to-hand combat and swordplay.

This program is presented by Kentucky Shakespeare and is brought to you in part by a grant through the Felix E. Martin, Jr. Foundation.

About the branch

The Central City Library is our branch library that allows us to serve a larger portion of our community. The building includes a circulating collection of books, movies and more; public computer access and Wi-Fi; a large meeting room; and hosts multiple public events and activities throughout the year. A book drop is located at both front and back of the building, allowing 24/7 access to return borrowed materials.
As part of a single library system, materials can also be transferred freely between the main and branch libraries for patrons’ convenience.
